I seem to be slightly obsessed about food, nutrition and cooking. A
long career in food service and a bout of restaurant ownership has left
me with lots of knowledge and not as large an outlet to utilize all
that I know. I hope to inspire people to cook smarter, better, faster,
healthier and to nudge them past their comfort zone and to try new things.
